I've worked in IT for most of my career — supporting systems, solving problems, and explaining things to people who just want their technology to work without the jargon. JGusew Computers is the natural extension of that: calm, practical help for everyday people and small businesses who need a clear next step, not a sales pitch.

I'm based in Sunbury, VIC. Everything comes through email — no phone queues, no on-site call-outs at this stage. You describe what you're dealing with in plain English, and I come back with questions, options, and a clear recommendation. If I can't help, I'll tell you who can.

A lot of technology advice pushes people toward buying something new, signing up for something, or handing over access they shouldn't hand over. I don't do that. The goal is always the simplest, safest next step — even if that step is "don't do anything yet."

I'm also careful about AI. It can be genuinely useful for organising information and preparing a first draft, but it shouldn't be the thing giving you advice about your banking, your data, or a decision that matters. That's why the rule here is simple:
